Using the store
These Terms govern use of the EVODUCK online store and purchases made through it. By using the store, a visitor agrees to these Terms and the policies linked from them. A person making a purchase must be able to enter a binding contract in the place where they live.
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation or security, submit false information, violate another person's rights, or use the store for unlawful activity.
Store information and products
We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Displays vary, and minor visual differences can occur. Product use must follow the final label, directions, warnings, and care information supplied with that product.
We may correct an error, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by inaccurate information or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Orders, prices, and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not require us to accept an order that cannot lawfully or accurately be fulfilled. Prices are shown in USD unless the store clearly states otherwise. Applicable tax and shipping charges are shown during checkout.
Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping and returns
The current Shipping Policy and Returns Policy are part of these Terms. They explain the launch service area, the $50 free-shipping threshold, delivery information, the 14-day return-request period, eligibility, and cost allocation.
Intellectual property
The store's branding, text, photography, video, graphics, interface, and other content are owned by or licensed to EVODUCK and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Store content may be used for personal shopping and product evaluation, but not copied, sold, republished, or commercially exploited without permission.
Third-party services and links
The store relies on third-party services, including Shopify and enabled payment and delivery providers. External links and third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. EVODUCK is not responsible for third-party content that it does not control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
