Shipping policy

Where we ship

At launch, EVODUCK ships within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not offer launch delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other locations outside this service area.

Shipping charges

Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $50 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the launch service area. Standard shipping is $8 USD when the eligible merchandise subtotal is below $50.

Discounts can change the eligible merchandise subtotal. Taxes, shipping charges, and other non-merchandise amounts do not count toward the $50 threshold.

Delivery information

The shipping option and any delivery estimate available for the destination are shown at checkout. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. We send order and shipment updates to the email address provided at checkout.

If we cannot ship within a time we stated, we will contact the customer with a revised date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address. Contact EVODUCK promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
