EVODUCK's first-launch specification includes no ceramic lid. This is a planned product specification, not proof of shipped components. Do not add an unapproved lid, seal, or insert that changes the product or hides whether the candle is cool.
Storage begins after the flame is out and the product is cool. Protect the candle without improvising a new product system around it.
Finish the current use first
Confirm the flame is fully out. Do not move or store the candle while wax is liquid or the vessel remains hot, and follow any current product-specific information actually supplied.

If anything about the flame, wick, vessel, or wax appears unusual, stop using the candle and preserve the product, order information, and photos for support rather than storing it as though nothing happened.
Choose a cool, dry place
The National Candle Association recommends storing candles in a cool, dark, dry place. Avoid locations near radiators, ovens, heating vents, hot appliances, or other heat sources.
Do not store the candle in a vehicle, direct sun, or another location with large temperature swings. Heat can affect wax and the overall product condition even when the candle is not lit.
“Cool” in this guide is descriptive, not a product-specific temperature claim.
Reduce harsh light exposure
Direct sunlight and harsh indoor spotlights can affect the appearance of candles over time. Choose a shelf or cabinet away from prolonged bright light.
Do not interpret color change as proof of safety or danger by itself. If the product looks materially different from when purchased, compare it with the current care information and stop use. Use a support route only if it is visibly released on the live store.
Keep the wax surface free of debris
Store the candle where dust, matches, wick fragments, paper, dried plants, or other material will not fall into the wax.
Do not push debris into the wax or use a sharp object that could damage the vessel. Follow any cleaning information actually supplied with the product.
Before the next use, inspect the wax surface and wick in good light. If debris or visible damage remains, do not light the candle.
Protect the ceramic vessel
Ceramic can chip, crack, or be damaged by impact. Keep the vessel on a stable shelf where other objects will not knock into it.
Do not stack heavy products on top of the candle, store it on an unstable pile, or carry it by a decorative element. The first-launch specification includes no ceramic lid, so do not show or use one as though it were part of the product.
If the vessel is chipped, cracked, leaking, or otherwise damaged, stop use and preserve the batch information and photos. Use a support route only if it is visibly released on the live store.
Keep children and pets away
Storage should prevent children and pets from reaching, tipping, opening, chewing, or playing with the candle or related lighting tools.
Keep matches and lighters stored separately and securely. A high shelf is useful only if it is stable and the product cannot fall.
Keep any supplied product information
Do not discard accountable product information actually supplied while the candle remains in use. Keep the relevant panel or a clear photo of information such as:
- product name and Format;
- directions and warnings;
- batch or lot code;
- responsible-company contact information.
This makes support questions easier to answer without inventing a product fact.

Recheck before lighting again
Before the next ritual:
- Review any current product care information actually supplied.
- Inspect the vessel for chips, cracks, or other damage.
- Confirm the wax surface is free of debris.
- Inspect the wick without inventing a product-specific trim length.
- Move the candle from storage to a stable attended use location.
- Keep at least 12 inches from anything that can burn.
Storage and burning locations serve different purposes. A shelf that protects the candle between uses is not automatically a suitable place to light it.
Do not invent preservation claims
This guide does not promise a shelf life, scent-retention period, or guaranteed condition after storage. Those claims require product-specific evidence.
